Did Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha really have a secret meeting with CPP leaders in Singapore today 26/11/13?

A Facebook user named Chantha Mutha, has reported that Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha has flown to Singapore to have a secret meeting with CPP leaders. Here is what Chantha Muth wrote in his Facebook account:



"A secret meeting between cnrp leaders and CPP senior officials was reportedly convened at [sic] Singapore on 26 November. Only cnrp leaders Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha can tell the content of
