PHNOM PENH, Nov. 27 (Xinhua) -- All Cambodian civil servants and armed forces will get their salaries through bank accounts from next year onwards, officials said Wednesday.

The Ministry of Finance signed on Wednesday an agreement with three service providers, Acleda Bank, Canadia Bank, and Wing Cambodia, for a
